AIHDC: The Alternative to a University Degree

The Alternative to a University Degree

Train now, pay later, when you have a job.

Free Meals and Accommodation Provided

The AIHDC Program is an alternative to a university degree program. Today it is very easy to get a University Degree if you can afford to pay. There are so many University Degree Programs that are extremely easy and simple to achieve passing standard.

For example, there are many degree holders today who study programming but cannot code a simple program during the interview test. Hotel Restaurant Management Degree that teaches very simple knowledge like how to change a bed sheet in a hotel.

Getting a degree now a days, no longer guarantee you a job and in fact it may even hinder you from getting the job you want and the promotion you needed. It may at times indicate that you may be potentially more wealthy, choosy and hard to work with. There are many graduates who cannot find jobs and that number is growing. This is a new trend. Sometimes being a University graduate, works against you in getting a job today.

One HR Manager “Between an Average University Degree Holder and a High School Certificate Holder with the same score during the interview test, looking for a job in accounting, programming, research, sales, marketing or even management, we prefer to choose the high school certificate holder. A University Degree holders generally tend to come from families that have better financial ability thus making them potentially more choosy. They also tend to pick up very undesirable and distorted vision and expectation of what a real work should be, during university days, making them a lot harder to work with. With us, a non-degree holder will have better chances of getting key positions and promotions if they score well in our intensive recruitment interview test.”

The AIHDC apprenticeship program is set to try and solve this problem. Its focus is to train an apprentice to get a good career after graduation. The AIHDC program is more difficult to attain as the passing requirement are a lot harder and require extreme high numbers of hours of practicing.

Many University Degrees today are forced to focus on administration, politics, policies, high recruitment drive and making money from students. Some are likely not to have enough focus left to deliver a top-notch education that will help student get a better career.

The AIHDC program is a total revamp of the current education system. It is a simple basic apprenticeship system. New solution to new problems with new tools. Going back to the basic fundamental once again. Its priority is objective orientated education, everything else should be secondary.

AIHDC operates a system with minimum cost, minimum administration, so there is no need for high recruitment and high monthly overheads like school building or facilities, reducing politics and policies by keeping things simple and basic, so that most energy can be focus to guide the apprentice towards a better career.

All you need is a simple computer with internet access to get started with the AIHDC program. It can be practicing from a home computer, a remote village internet cafe or even the public library with free internet access.

In most cases AIHDC tries to train the apprentice in a real job by giving them a chance to learn on the job. One of the main criteria to pass the AIHDC is the apprentice must be able to get themselves a job and finish at least 5 months of discipline work.

AIHDC programs place top importance on building character, being responsible, discipline, good habits, hard working, team-work and always giving value.

The AIHDC program can be easily taken in different locations worldwide, depending on access to basic resources. Many a times the AIHDC program is done from a village’s internet cafe and lecture are taught under a tree. Many importance lessons uses the nature to help us see clarity like The Nuclear Power Of Paying It Forward and The More You Sow, The More You Shall Reap.
